Cookie Monster

I made the uber Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe from the NY Times while JJ and Neena were here. I baked them the night they were here for dinner then baked the rest off so that Drew and Rich could enjoy.

I have to admit that I was surprised that Drew liked these so much. I sprinkled generous amounts of Maldon sea salt on the top of each cookie. Drew apparently liked the saltiness. He would ask for the salt chocolate chip cookies after school. One day, I let him go to town on one with a glass of milk.
