While hiking around UC Berkeley yesterday, we found this on an apartment adjacent to the university. There was a bit of scaffolding around the apartment, which is apparently very tempting for the students. So much so, that the manager had to put up a clever note, warning that he'd have them expelled for climbing his scaffolding.
