The sky should be blue today, but it's a dirty gray from the smoke from the fires around here. You can see about 10 blocks down the street before it goes gray. And it's making me really sick. Breathing shouldn't be hard.
Drew met a brand new kitten while visiting at Aunt Patsy's last night. The kitten was a typical kitten, and enjoyed chasing Drew has he walked and batting at his legs. Drew didn't find this nearly as entertaining as Mango did, and several times would come crying to me to save him from the savage beast. On the way home, we asked him if he'd like his own kitten, and he said "No, I just want a puppy. A little one." "Well, Drew, what would you name him?" "I'd name him Buster." "I think Buster is a name for a big dog." "I'll name him Lil' Buster."
He must really be rocking out. He held the pose long enough for me to get a shot, then continued to hold it down the road. Maybe he was drying his nails?
Oops. So, southbound I-5 was closed, so I tried to sneak my way through town by taking 160 south. I've never seen 160 even close to backed up before on Northgate. Gonna be a fun week.
